the whole list is thought-provoking, but i like the first exercise best, where you plan as though it were december 2015. yes, next december. pick career goals you want to have accomplished, figure out the baby steps needed to achieve them, and get moving. with an entire year in front of you, feel inspired, not like you're already behind.
